  • 14 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 and 1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips

Place the bowl in the refrigerator and bring the butter back to room temperature; this will take about an hour to an hour and a half.
  2. Once the butter is at room temperature...
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees (F). Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  4. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, and sea salt; set aside.
