Garlic Balsamic Sauteed Mushrooms and Onions

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 large white onion sliced into rings
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms washed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons white wine optional
Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil and butter together in a large skillet.
  2. Add in the onions and start frying. Fry for 5 minutes to get them started then add in the mushrooms.
  3. Fry until the mushrooms have reduced in size and lost their moisture and the onions are softened completely.
