ABOUT THE RUBY SIPPER COCKTAIL



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Beefeater 24 gin
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
  • 1/4 oz Crème de cassis liqueur
  • 1/4 oz Campari liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau liqueur
  • Garnish: Orange zest
  • Glass: Goblet

INSTRUCTION

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously for 5 seconds.
  2. Pour into a goblet or Belgian beer glass.
