Gluten-free Grilled chicken Parmesan


  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts sliced thinly
  • 4 oz tomato sauce Italian seasoned. For low-carb, be sure to use a sauce without added sugar! Rao's is a great brand, or you can get canned tomato sauce and add your own seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Season raw chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder and salt. Grill chicken until no longer pink.
  2. Place grilled chicken in a baking dish and top with a tablespoon of tomato sauce, spread around to cover the top. Place a generous amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of each breast.
