KETO VANILLA MILKSHAKE RECIPE CARD



Ingredients
Fancy version

  • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk (150ml)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (100ml)
  • ½ vanilla pod
  • ½ tsp sugar-free vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla-flavored sweetener)
  • to taste: liquid sweetener
  • 5 ice cubes

Fast Version:

  • ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk (150ml) (150ml)
  • ½ cup heavy cream (100ml)
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
  • to taste: liquid sweetener (a sugar-free vanilla syrup will work great here!)
  • ice cubes

Instruction
"Fancy" Version:

  1. Cut the vanilla pod in half.
  2. Scrape out the seeds.
  3. Add the heavy cream to a small non-sticking pot and add the vanilla seeds as well as the scraped out pod to the heavy cream.
  4. Bring the heavy cream to a boil while constantly stirring.
  5. Remove the scraped out vanilla pods from the heavy cream and fill the infused heavy cream into a jar or mug.
